The poster was created for the Made In Italy NYC exhibition, designed by Formula Type founder Piero Di Biase. The exclusive two-day event in NYC celebrated the rich heritage of post-war Italian graphic design and its enduring relationship with the US. The exhibition curated by SEA and Pentagram featured original works from influential Italian and American designers produced between the 1950s-1980s and contributions by 17 designers who answered the question: “What does Italian design mean to you?”.
The poster is now available in an exclusive limited edition of only 25 copies, hand-printed in silkscreen using water-based inks on 350 gsm Fabriano Accademia paper.
