FT Together was originally conceived as the corporate typeface for the identity of the 2022 AGI Congress in Trieste, a port city in northeastern Italy. Inspired by the stencil lettering found on port signage, used to mark shipping containers and cargo vessels, the typeface translates that industrial aesthetic into a crafted typographic system. Its octagonal structure and the careful design of its stencil cuts give it a distinctive, functional presence, making it particularly effective for titles and short texts. The typeface is uppercase-only and available in a single weight.
